Individual & Group Psychotherapy Services

I work with Adolescents (ages 14 +), Adults and Seniors Individually, or  in a Supportive Group setting. 

I welcome and work with all genders, sexual orientation, culture and faith background.   

• I offer Individual based sessions. All Individual based therapy sessions are offered virtually (by Zoom) or in-person (1420 Burnhamthrope Rd East, Mississauga, ON)

**Fee for Individual Session: $165 for 60 minute session; $225 for 90 minute session**

• I offer a FREE initial 20-minute Consultation Session by phone or video call - Zoom 

I offer Sliding Scale Psychotherapy (reduced fee), with limited availability.

Support Group Sessions & Guest Speaker: 

• I offer weekly Support Group Sessions to organizations such as hospitals, first responders, non-for profit humanitarian organizations, firms. Each support group is tailored to the organization's needs. Focus for support groups entails: learning tools and skills on stress management, building connection, fostering safety, and building resilience 

• Crisis Stabilization & Safety (members who have been impacted by drastic and sudden changes in life e.g. war, migration, sudden loss, medical diagnosis/intervention) 

• Guest Speaker - and I am able to implement Workshops, Education Presentations to Organizations  - for employees on various topics on Mental Health, Mental Wellness and Trauma Resources/Support. (*please connect with me if you would like me to present as a guest speaker in your organization for your employees)
