Supporting women’s health and wellbeing, especially throughout the fertility process. This involves creating space in therapy to reflect, process, and connect with the wide range of emotions that may arise as you and your partner plan for the future and prepare to welcome new life.

With my medical nursing experience, I integrate a clear compassionate understanding of the medical system and stages involved in fertility planning. I work is based on mind and body connection, which means holding space for your emotion such as fear, anxiety, frustration, stress,  confusion and uncertainty need time and care in therapy sessions. I hold a space place for you to process your emotional overwhelm, confusion which you have and work together to align with your truthful nature, your values and beliefs as you navigate this journey.
